I recently installed the latest release of Ubuntu, Karmic Koala v9.10.
For one user I installed English and for a second user I installed
Spanish. However, the system did not change the language for the second
user. It appears that the Spanish language option does not work in
Karmic Koala.
Hardware: Dell Mini 10
CPU1: Intel Atom Z530
CPU2: Intel Atom Z530
Memory: 1GB
Please note that I have updated the language packs, and selected Spanish
as the language for the second user.
