I am running version 9.10 but this was also the case with the earlier
version 9.04. I cannot find a fix that works to enable me to hear sound
on any package. I am very new to this and it's difficult to get clear
and concise instructions on what to do. The red mute light near the
keyboard is perpetually on as well.
