Corrupt download, clear your cache, verify you have enough disk space
and then try again.

It appears to have happened due to openoffice.org-l10n-en-za being
corrupt so it couldn't upgrade and that kept openoffice.org-core from
being able to upgrade due to conflicts in dependency.
