I do not know what is the problem in the original report: 9 seconds are
not so long and there are no great delay for single task.

But I attach my dmesg because it is interesting noting:
[75692.370095] tifm_7xx1 0000:04:06.2: restoring config space at offset 0x1
(was 0x2100000, writing 0x2100006)
[75703.264686] nForce2_smbus 0000:00:0a.1: PME# disabled
....
[75706.836781] PM: resume devices took 14.460 seconds

assuming number at the left seconds.microseconds ... I do not know what exactly
kernel does at start up, but it seems time counting start between first 2 row
... so there must be somewhere other, but I can not find where ... something
happen there
that make my system in trouble
