I tried to install the 64-bit and got the error "Your PC does not
support this version" or similar message [I know, I should've written it
down], so I installed the 32-bit. Because my HP IQ 506t has sound in the
Intel chipset, I don't have sound, but I have video. If I use
headphones, I hear the person on the other end, but they cannot hear me
[tested with my daughter, who is using Skype on a Macbook]. I need to
test it with someone who has a Linux or Win machine, but so far, I don't
do a lot of chat of any flavor; however, my sister uses a PC so I am
trying to get her to get Skype. I will also try other relatives with
PCs, then I can see if it works with Win machines. Unfortunately none of
my friends use Linux. I need to make one!
