I also had this problem. This is how I fix it: I installed the plugin from adobe site: http://get.adobe.com/es/flashplayer (current version is 10.0.32.18) Then I did: sudo ln -s /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/firefox-addons/plugins/libflashplayer.so And restarted Firefox. That solved the problem. Firefox version: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; es-AR; rv:1.9.0.14) Gecko/2009090216 Ubuntu/8.04 (hardy) Firefox/3.0.14
