It doesn't seem to be fixed. I have a Toshiba Tecra M10 PTMB3C-0ER09C with an up to date (as of Oct. 30th 2009) Kubuntu Karmic, kernel 2.6.31-14-generic (x86_64), and while it does suspend, it does not resume properly. After resume, I can ssh back into the machine, but there is no display. The screen remains totally black and shut off (not even a slight grey that would let me think it's powered on but doesn't have any picture to display).
I'm using the xserver-xorg-video-nv driver version 1:2.1.14-2ubuntu3. Here are some logs taken before the suspend and after the resume. Let me know if I can provide more info... ** Attachment added: "dmesg, kern.log and Xorg.0.log before and after suspend/resume" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/34742251/SuspendResumeLogs.tar.gz -- [TOSHIBA TECRA M10] suspend/resume failure https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/424199 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
