Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox-3.5
Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Update -> Automatically check for updates to: Installed Add-ons - not working and the following options are missing: 'When updates to Firefox are found:" "Ask me what I want to do" "Automatically download and install the update" "Warn me if this will disable any of my add-ons" Expected Behaviour: When "Automatically check for updates to: Installed Add-ons" is selected and updates are found, depending on what options are meant to be selected in "When updates to Firefox are found:" Firefox should on next start, provide a notification or perform an install, and then request a restart Current Behaviour: No automatic checks, no notifications or prompts for installation, no update options available. No indication that the feature is working at all.
