Yes.

Making a video fullscreen causes the bug with my compiz profile (see below).

 * Do you use compiz there?
I do use compiz.

I found that setting Appearance Preferences -> Visual Effects to None,
Normal, or Extra fixed the problem. Previously I was using a custom
compiz profile, which I've attached. Changing back to that profile
causes the bug again.

I have been trying to determine which setting in compiz is causing the
bug, but I haven't been able to find it yet.
