Thanks for your bugreport.
It looks like you ran gnome-app-install at exactly the point were dbus
was updated. For a short time dbus is non-functional then. It seems like
you hit exactly this time. I would like to close this bug because there
is little we can do about this (rare) case. Feel free to reopen if you
disagree.
