Binary package hint: update-manager

When upgrading using update-manager -d 
using the Netherlands ubuntu servers
on the last step when it's finishing installing the packages a message comes up:

Installation has failed
dpkg --configure -a will be run
please report this as a bug and include /var/log/distupgrade
installArchives () failed
