This looks like something to do with your ISPs DNS server(s) resolving
unknown hosts to some IP. I use OpenDNS and if I enter "Google" into the
address bar I get an OpenDNS search for "Google". So this is not an
issue with Konqueror but with your DNS set-up or your ISPs DNS set-up.
