Binary package hint: graphviz-doc
The doc index <file:///usr/share/doc/graphviz/html/index.html> points to
PDFs loke so: <file:///usr/share/doc/graphviz/pdf/dotguide.pdf> whereas
they are compressed (ending in .pdf.gz).
Therefore they are missed.
