Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

I've seen this before, but I think I know what's causing it now. I just
ran today's feisty updates and noticed that hal was updated.

What happens is that after the upgrade, my g-p-m loses its battery icon
and just appears aware that I'm on A/C power. If I killall gnome-power-
manager && gnome-power-manager, everything comes back fine.

There was no notification that I should restart or do anything in
particular after the upgrade, so it seems like I shouldn't have to
manually intervene to get g-p-m to work right.

On the other hand, I know feisty is a work in progress, so feel free to
reject if you think this won't happen after release when fixes to the
hal package are released.
