Public bug reported: Using Karmic 2.6.31-14-generic
When I try to delete a file anywhere outside of my home folder, I get a message saying that it cannot be moved to trash. I am given an option to permanently delete it. Steps to reproduce: 1 - Go to the /tmp folder. 2 - Create a new file there (Right click > Create Document > Empty File). 3 - Try to delete that file. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Cannot move any file outside of home folder to trash (ext4) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/469571 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
