i'm using network manager and doesn't matter is proxy on use or not. No firewall blocking connection. Here's my wireshark cap. file as an attachment. My other pc (9.10 64bit amd) has exatly same network settings as i have on this computer (9.10 UNR) and it has no problems to connect ubuntu one shared files.
