Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

Opening flat XML Files (.fods) in Karmic isn't possible anymore. It says
"General Error", "General I/O Error". I'm accessing the file directly on
the file System and the permissions are correctly set. An xls File in
the same folder is opening correctly. I attached the file for debugging
reasons. Creating a new file and saving it as .fods results in the same
Error.
