I ran apport-collect as you instructed. Firefox tab asked me what level of access I wished to give. As your instructions didn't specify this, I granted 'Change non-private data'. However, apport-collect (after pressing Enter) then displayed "Error connecting to Launchpad: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error. You have to allow "Change anything" privileges.". So I returned to the Firefox tab, went back and granted 'Change anything' . This resulted in "Unable to identify application. The information provided by the remote application was incorrect or incomplete. Because of that we were unable to identify the application which would access Launchpad on your behalf." being displayed. So how do I enable apport-collect to change anything?
Attached is desktop screenshot. I don't see any arrows above the Accessories entry or below the Administration entry.
