Bug description:
Binary package hint: yelp

When I am on battery power, the laptop does not go into hibernation when
the battery has reached critical state, eventhough it is set to do so.

Also, I have it set to go into suspension after 10 minutes of no
activity, and it just freezes up my computer and never goes into
suspension.
