Thanks for filing this bug report. It looks like it has to do with
network connections. Some users have reported issues with using Ubuntu
One with a tethered mobile phone broadband connection. Is this the
issue? If someone could translate the bug description to english it
would be very helpful to solving this problem. Thanks.
