The dictionaries themselves are not part of the installed package, they
are consulted over the network from http://www.dict.org/. I would
suggest checking that site to see how to go about submitting a
correction. I'm marking this bug as 'Invalid' since it's not a bug in
the Ubuntu package itself, but thanks for the report and please don't
hesitate to submit other bugs you find in Ubuntu.
