Public bug reported:
Sometimes when I close GIMP, the "Layers, Channels, Paths ..." window
stays in the KDE panel and I can't close it. Restarting KDE is the only
way to get rid of it. This bug appeared on Kubuntu 9.10 and didn't exist
in 9.04.
