I noticed that:

" /dev/snd/controlC0: cheekau 1393 F.... pulseaudio
CRDA: Error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory" 

This seems to narrow it down... I'll see what I can find out about this
bug.  My guess would be that pulseaudio is causing issues when the
system goes in standby mode.

Is this a laptop or a desktop system?  Have you tried temporarily
disabling stand-by?
