Hi,
I think Rodrigo is going to need some further information from
Evolution. Can you try these steps for us?
1) Applications->Accessories->Terminal, and run:
evolution --force-shutdown
/usr/lib/evolution/evolution-data-server-2.28 > ~/evolution_debug.log
2) Applications->Internet->Evolution Mail
3) Modify your contacts as you've been trying to and once it errors attach
~/evolution_debug.log to this bug report
