Thanks to have reported this bug.
It's maybe an icon of an application which is launched at startup? Do you see a
label on it?
Can you try to add a short delay?
sh -c "sleep 10 && cairo-dock -o"
PS: Another thing: Do you have a list of theme or only a local theme (check in
the theme manager)
PS²: I advise you to use our stable repository in order to have the latest
stable release (less bugs, a better support of your language, more applets,
etc.).
