Lack of Python support is a known bug in this version: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtiplot/+bug/435918 http://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=16303&group_id=6626
This was reported and fixed in a later version: http://svn.berlios.de/wsvn/qtiplot/trunk/qtiplot/?rev=1385&sc=1 However, with the updated libraries and an old version of qtiplot, it is impossible to even compile qtiplot with python support without major hacking at the source code. Feel free to continue to use the version in the PPA, however. That is an updated version. Thank you! We appreciate your help in testing this. I've been nudging the Debian maintainer to package the new qtiplot in debian so we can get it into Ubuntu ASAP, for now we're left with the only option of patching what we can with what we have. -- [Karmic] Qtiplot crashes while opening project: undefined symbol: _ZNK14QwtScaleEngine8hiMarginEv https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/435476 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
