I believe this bug is fixed in the proposed repositories. Please try
installing after enabling the proposed repositories, described at the
beginning of this article:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed . If it works, please
comment on bug #378726 as moodle will only be moved from proposed to the
main repository if testing is positive.
