Hello,

This is an Acer Laptop with an old battery, where the capacity of the
battery has dropped to ~30%. Previously I run 9.04 on this machine and
everything runs smoothly, except when I browse to webpages with Flash. What
I did when I install 9.10 is I deleted all the files (including system
files) and install it as a new system.

How to "disable stand-by", by the way?

What else information do I need to provide to solve the problem?

Thanks for your help!

regards,
Chee Kau
