This is hopefully my final input on this bug.

It seems it is connected to my computer identification. When I first
connect to Ubuntu One without having my machine added, I get the
question to add my computer. So I add my computer and sync of files and
contacts seem to work fine.

Then I ask to sync TomBoy, and I get a second question to add machine.
(Actually, this time around it didn't work at all until I Cleared
settings and started over with the registration process since I deleted
my old machine instance). So it seems I need to add the machine twice;
one time for files/contacts and one time for TomBoy notes.

This time, after adding my machine a second time, both TomBoy notes as
well as Contacts are updating (haven't tried files, but I assume they
work too). However, for contacts I only get new contacts - I don't get
changes to existing contacts - but this is maybe working as intended?

Anyway, it seems something got messed up with the machines being added
twice the first time around, but now I have the same computer added
twice and it seems to be working. Not very intuitive to have the same
computer added twice though.
