Actually, first I get "Gave up waiting for root device", then I do ln -s ..., exit as per
Bug #362315 in cryptsetup (Ubuntu): “blkid fails to identify old LUKS partition volumes” - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cryptsetup/+bug/362315 (though I have no LUKS partitions) ... Then booting into 9.10 breaks again with "One or more mounts listed in /etc/fstab cannot yet be mounted", then I do mount -o remount,rw, exit - and only then 9.10 boot completes.. Hope I learn how to boot into 9.10 automatically - but I'm not sure how could the boot / mounting problem be related to xulrunner... Maybe it is because my root partition is ext2 - and I think the xulrunner problem could be because there was a firefox process active in the background during update, however that was Mozilla's executable, not the default ubuntu one.. -- package xulrunner-1.9.1 1.9.1.4+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.9.10.1 failed to install/upgrade: Unterprozess installiertes post-installation-Skript gab den Fehlerwert 127 zurück https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/472964 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
