Public bug reported:
When I go to send an email using Balsa (i.e clicking the send toolbar
button), I find the message in my outbox with the To: & CC: fields
empty, and the message flagged. This appears to happen regardless of
whether I'm using encryption, signing, or just sending the email plain
(i.e without any signing or encryption). This behaviour also occurs when
replying and forwarding emails.
