No, I am using the default ubuntu theme on an up to date edgy system.

(typo in the title ?)
it was working fine before the update of ubuntu-artwork and renaming of
its dependancies.
Why are you saying "(minus xserver-xorg-core)" ? Is there a known
problem with it ?
