In the screenshot, the Korean fonts' anti-aliasing is broken. Mine has
the same problem with the ttf-wqy-* fonts installed. I hope this helps.

By the way, to reproduce this, 1) install Ubuntu 9.10 in English 2) add
Korean language support without changing any setting.
