This is a dup of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/471378 - a fix
is in bzr and will get uploaded to karmic-proposed soon. The failure is
caused by a locale setting not supported by libc, please use langugage-
selector from the menu to fix the locale as a workaround.
