On Kubuntu Feisty Herd 4, I don't see a default button, and I can't
reproduce any crash. However, unsetting something as a default action
doesn't work (bug 56043).
Marking fixed, please reopen if you can reproduce the crash in
Feisty/KDE 3.5.6.
