** Description changed:

  dvisvgm is a command line utility that converts DVI files, as created by
  TeX/LaTeX, to SVG. Besides the plain DVI commands it also supports
  various "special sets" (color, PostScript specials, tpic, ...). If
  necessary, it also vectorizes all used glyphs of MF bitmap fonts.
