What exactly do you mean by this? status incomplete To set up fail2ban for any server other than ssh, you need to create the jail file per its instructions and enable the, for example, vsftp section. I have been doing this since 8.04 without problems. The setup for the jail is the same in 9.10 as in 9.04.
