This was working for me in Jaunty, but this bug is occurring in my fresh 64 bit Karmic install.
I use the wl wireless driver for my Broadcom BCM4328 802.11a/b/g/n card. When I resume from suspend in a new location, it tries to connect to the access point from the old location.
