Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gapcmon
Upgraded Ubuntu Desktop 9.04 to 9.10 and gapcmon now will not find icons that
are located in /usr/share/icons/gapcmon.
If it is started from shell where current directory is font directory, it will
work normally.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still same problem exists.
If gapcmon is set up to use both UPS and control panel tray icons, it
becomes unusable since nothing shows up and windows cannot be opened.
