Public bug reported:

While on battery power, I closed the laptop lid, causing the laptop to
suspend. Then I plugged in the AC adapter, as well as my Sansa Clip
mp3 player, all with the lid still closed. When I opened the lid, the
screen went blank and dropped to what looked like a blank TTY, with a
cursor in the upper-left corner, not blinking. The caps lock light
was blinking on and off. I couldn't change to a TTY with C-A-F[1-7],
so I held down the power button till the laptop shutdown. Upon
reboot, Apport requested that I submit debug information.

ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: This occured during a previous suspend and prevented it from
resuming properly.
