I don't think this is PA's issue. You appear to be using x86, which
implies that you using flashplugin-installer with nspluginwrapper (the
latter of which has known regressions IMHO). Try purging
flashplugin-installer and nspluginwrapper and using adobe-flashplugin
from the Canonical partner repository.
