The job status message

/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertoz700 failed

got issued. This means that there is a problem with the rastertoz700
filter. which is not part of the Ubuntu distribution. AFAIK this is a
closed-source printer driver from Lexmark. Probably it does not work
with some newer libraries of Karmic. To check that, run

ldd /usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertoz700

and post the output. If there are some libraries not found, try to set
links to the current versions. If you are lucky your printer will then
work again.

Best is if you could obtain a newer version of this driver from Lexmark
which is compatible with the current Linux distributions.
