This sounds like it is related to bug 462828. From a fresh 9.10 install,
you need to update to the 1.0.2-0ubuntu2 version of the client software
and restart the client (or log-out/in). If running 1.0.2-0ubuntu2 fixes
the problem, please mark this as a duplicate of bug 462828. Thanks.
