Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: virt-manager

When installing virt-manager from software center I get no
localhost(System) option only localhost(User) . However when installed
from synaptic/apt-get/aptitude I do.

Once installed from software center I can't create a new img file as I
don't have write access to /usr/share..... (where ever it stores it's
image now) from localhost (User). however when installed from synaptic
I get Localhost(System) and by using this I get to create a new img file
with no issues.
