Finally, http://bazaar.launchpad.net/%7Eubuntu-core-
dev/jockey/ubuntu/revision/376 does the best-effort installation of
linux-headers-*.
With this version, it installs the nvidia driver correctly when I
previously only had the -server headers installed.
