FIrefox failed to response when viewing a webpage with online ssh proxy.
gdb says program received SIGPIPE, broken pipe.
Since my gdb is started under konsole, I cannot copy and paste the
backtrace here (a most hated copy-and-paste bug in Qt, which have been
fixed but not in Ubuntu), thus I made a snapshot of the gdb output.
