I have the same issue on Kubuntu 9.10, kde 4.3.1. Some themes I can not install (press the Install button and nothing happens)... others it is displayed as installed but the tar.gz file is incomplete. Another case is the download that gets stuck (and files described above appear in my directory *.php).
