I've made another experiment. I deleted both ~/.kde/share/config/kilerc and ~/.kde/share/apps/kile/kileui.rc This makes kile "fresh", every setting is restored as default Then, I changed something inside the "tools" toolbar, and also inside the "main" toolbar.
