jjesse: I'm a little confused what you're trying to say. I see the same thing in your screenshot as in the previously attached one (minus one extra "Settings" entry which I don't have either).
The problem is "Control Center", "Settings-Modules", "System Settings", and "System Settings", and also "Control Center Modules" which is outside of Application Manuals all refer to the same thing, although their contents are somewhat different. In addition, on my Feisty system "Control Center" has no subcategories, it's just a help file on how to use kcontrol (which isn't in the menu by default...) and the second "System Settings" entry has nothing in it, I get: "There is no documentation available for /systemsettings/index.html." "System" is also a little confusing, but unlike the other ones it actually has a different meaning.
