Update through more testing:
I installed a fresh copy of Ubuntu 9.1 on another machine and right off
the old and new WebCam works through Cheese and Localhost:8888. I ran the
updates and now neither the old or new work in cheese but the new one works
just fine in Localhost:8888 and WebCam.html. Let's see how long it goes. Other
than being fresh install the new computer has a Intel Core 2 processor where as
the old one was a Intel P4. Any thoughts?
I also changed Localhost:8888 in webcam.html to <ip Address>:8888
and that solved the issue of the "Waiting to connect issue" thank you to
another supporter with the same issue.
